In today’s health industry, it is imperative for information technology professionals to be well versed in electronic processing of health information records. The IM&S degree program uniquely prepares professionals to excel in the modern economy where the health sector is the largest employer.
This program is accredited by CAHIIM. Students possessing a degree from a 2-year accredited program may complete this program and be eligible for the RHIT certification. Students not possessing an accredited 2 year degree may complete this program and qualify for a large, and growing, number of IT-related jobs in the health industry.
