Counseling Services supports personal development through an understanding and empowerment of self and the ability to relate effectively to others.
Services are provided in a caring, supportive setting by competent counselors with masters/doctoral degrees in counseling. Counseling is short-term, solution-based and provides an atmosphere focusing on growth and change. The center's staff maintains professional counselor/client relationships that foster acceptance, encouragement, and growth. Our services include:

SIGI 3 is a computerized self-directed career guidance system designed to help you examine your values, skills and interests systematically and find those careers that most closely match your preferences.

Yoga
This weekly class is a fun and relaxing introduction to yoga. Gentle stretches, deep breathing, and yoga postures help reduce daily stress, stretch and tone your muscles, and provide quality time for reflection. The class, offered during fall and spring semesters, is at 5:15 on Mondays in CLC 317 and is open to students, faculty, and staff. Class is free to all students.
