How to Change Your Contact Email in Blackboard

By default, Blackboard will initially send communications to your Columbia email address (username@mailbox.sc.edu). To update to your Upstate email address, complete the following steps:

  1. Login to Blackboard.
  2. Click on "Personal Information" on the left.

  3. Click "Edit Personal Information."

  4. Type in the address you want to use in the email box and click "Submit."
