ITS Client Services

The ITS Client Services mission is to answer our customers' questions, or assist them in finding answers, as quickly as possible. ITS Client Services strives to be knowledgeable and helpful with all of the computing platforms in use at USC Upstate.

Our primary goals center around network infrastructure, e-mail systems and the suite of applications that can be found in the USC Upstate computing labs. The support staff does not complete homework assignments or write code for students.
