Note: The serving of alcohol will end one hour before the end of the event or by 12:00 a.m. whichever comes first. Identification bands may be issued to adults of legal drinking age. Any event where alcohol is served can be ended prior to the agreed upon time if USC UPSTATE Police or Special Events staff deem it prudent.
