DISCUS (Digital Information for South Carolina Users) - South Carolina’s Virtual Library provides all South Carolinians with access to an electronic library of essential information and learning resources. It currently provides general online encyclopedias from Grolier Online; full-text topical resources from SIRS; Gale Group Resource Centers covering biography, health, and a guide to recommended fiction and nonfiction; and InfoTrac full-text magazine, newspaper & reference databases (also from the Gale Group).
Dissertation Abstracts Online offers dissertations and theses abstracts from institutions in the North America and Europe. It selectively covers masters theses and dissertations including dissertations from Canada, Great Britain, and Europe.
