We will recruit, retain, and graduate increasing numbers of well-prepared students.
We will continually improve the quality of the educational experience we offer.
We will strengthen our connections and relationships with businesses, Organizations, and People to address needs in our region and further realize our metropolitan mission.
We will achieve new efficiencies and effectiveness through careful assessment, cost/benefit analyses, assignment of the right people in the right positions, and refinements to processes and procedures.
