Note: The Office of Student Life will only approve 40 flyers/posters per event.

Printing Rules/Regulations

  • This form must be submitted to the Office of Student Life no later than 48 hours before the event needed.
  • All advertising materials must adhere to the Posting Policy set forth in the Student Organization Handbook.
  • The Office of Student Life has the ability to copy in color.
  • Electronic copies will not be printed until this form has been submitted.
  • The Office of Student Life will do its best to print on the color of paper desired by the organization. However, it cannot guarantee the color choices will be in stock.
    • If neither option is available, the Office of the Student Life will contact the individual listed above.
