Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness programs that aim to meet the workout needs of our patrons. We want to do anything we can to assure you are able to enjoy a full, well-rounded and healthy lifestyle.

Spartan-X Group Fitness

The Spartan-X group fitness program offers a combination of exercise classes to meet all your needs. Instructors have the expertise and training to teach safe, motivating classes. By taking a Spartan-X group fitness class, you will be entering an inspiring environment with the motivation of a group setting while having fun. Follow @SpartanRec on Twitter and Facebook to get the most up to date schedule information.

Classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise specified. Participants must register within 24 hours of the class using RecIt Fitness. Come to any class you want, whenever you want. Make sure to sign up early to guarantee your spot, as some classes will fill up. Please let the instructor know of any conditions that might be bothering you.

August changes to classes:
During August, Spartan-X Group Fitness will be taking a short break in order to revamp the program and deliver the best possible classes for the fall semester. Please check back to see what we have in store for September!

How to register for a class:
1. Download the FREE REC*IT FITNESS app for iOS or Android.
2. Login with an IMLeagues account. Or, create an account from the welcome screen.
3. Search for Spartan-X Group Fitness classes by date or activity.
4. Join or add classes to your schedule (users will receive push notifications about their classes two hours prior to start time.
5. Share classes with friends.
6. Check schedules in the My Classes section
7. Come to class and GET FIT!
