Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness programs that aim to meet the workout needs of our patrons. We want to do anything we can to assure you are able to enjoy a full, well-rounded and healthy lifestyle.

Spartan-X Group Fitness

The Spartan-X group fitness program offers a combination of exercise classes to meet all your needs. Instructors have the skills and training to teach safe and motivating classes, and inspire participants to stay active. By joining Spartan-X group fitness, you will be joining a supportive environment with the motivation of a group setting while having fun.

Follow @SpartanRec on Twitter to get the most up to date schedule information. Classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise specified. All classes are drop in. Come to any class you want, whenever you want. You don't have to sign up for a particular class, and you aren't obligated to keep coming to the same class. Bring your University ID to each class and present it to your instructor for scanning. Due to popularity, make sure to show up early to guarantee your spot, as some classes will fill up.
