In our personal and professional lives, one of the biggest challenges facing each of us is the necessity to develop working relationships with those around us. Upstate Ropes offers challenge courses and high ropes activities that create experiences related to personal, professional and team growth. Our clients range from school age children to leaders of corporations and everyone in between.
At Upstate Ropes, we gear every session to meet the needs of our clients. Our leadership training, professional development, and team building programs are perfect for management teams, new member orientations, churches, youth groups, school field trips, departmental training, staff retreats, and practically any other group that functions as a team. Our course minimum is 8 to 10 individuals, but we have the capacity to operate with very large groups as well.
Our facilitators work with every client to create a program that fits each group bases on team goals, group size, course availability and cost. Contact us today to discover what’s inside your group and yourself. Upstate Ropes can create a program for you.
Group Dynamics Challenge CourseActivities on our group dynamics course consist of low, or ground level, activities created to challenge your group in teamwork, communication, risk taking, problem-solving and creative thinking.
High Ropes Course
The activities on our High Ropes Course are a series of high elements and a zip line. These activities are designed to challenge each individual to step outside of his or her comfort zone, develop confidence, build trust, and grow personally and professionally
The course is located on campus on the edge of the northern boundary at Valley Falls Road. The administrative office is in the campus recreation building in the center of the University Commons.
