Palmetto House
Magnolia House and the Palmetto House are a housing facility exclusively for freshmen and upperclassmen students. This 105,000-square-foot, suite-style complex can house up to 352 students in its 87 suites, which include single or double rooms and handicap-accessible units.

Meal Plan: Magnolia House residents are required to purchase the Platinum meal plan. Check with Dining Services for meal plan information and dining services restaurants.
Suite Amenities: Each suite in the Magnolia House is equipped with the following:
- Each resident is also provided with a bed, a desk, two chests of drawers and an armoire
- Extra long twin mattresses
- Bathroom, shower area (shower and toilet are in separate rooms)
- Double vanities
- Common living area with furniture
- Microfridge (microwave and refrigerator combination)

Villa Apartments
The Villas offers apartment-style housing reserved for USC Upstate upperclassmen.
Room Measurements
Housing Class: The Villas are for USC Upstate upperclassmen only, co-educational.
Style: The Villas are offer apartment-style housing with a kitchen. Limited single and double rooms are available.
Handicap-Accessible Units: Available
Meal Plan: Residents of the Villas are required to purchase a meal plan. Please visit Dining Services for more information.
