Note: The application fee is waived for current USC Upstate students. - Official transcripts showing all coursework attempted and the award of a baccalaureate (BA or BS) or higher with a C or better in the following prerequisite courses:
- Anatomy and Physiology with lab (8 hours)
- Exercise Physiology with lab (4 hours)
Note: Students who graduate with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science degree from USC Upstate meet these requirements.
- A one- to two-page personal statement describing academic and other interests.
- GPA 2.75 or above
