Our degree completion programs are designed for adults with an associate’s degree or at least 60 credit hours of college work who want to complete their bachelor’s degree. Classes are offered online, one day a week, and/or in the evening to accommodate your busy schedule. Been a while since you’ve been in a college classroom? We’ve got you covered with individualized support services to help you go from application to graduation.
Our graduate and professional programs are unique to our campus and provide the tools you need to advance your career. Classes are online and hiflex, allowing you to fit school into your schedule yet still feel connected to your classmates.

The Criminal Justice program is designed to provide present and future criminal justice professionals with the educational background necessary to be successful in a criminal justice career, graduate school or law school. Students can choose between two program delivery options: a cohort model with in-person classes one day a week in Greenville for hands-on learning with the remaining courses online, or a fully online model.

The RN-BSN is offered to registered nurses who are graduates of an ACEN (formerly NLN) accredited associate degree or diploma program in nursing and leads to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Registered nurses who meet the admission requirements for the BSN program may complete the degree in as little as one calendar year. All classes are available either online or one-day-a-week at USC Upstate Greenville. USC Upstate faculty conduct all courses and hold office hours at the Greenville campus.

A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is available with a focus in Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Nursing Education or Nursing Leadership. The MSN programs are designed for registered nurses who possess the BSN. All courses are online with the exception of clinical hours.

The Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice program (DNP program) prepares advanced practice nurses in Public and Community Health Nursing. The DNP program focuses on developing nurse leaders in practice who are innovative and use nursing practices that are based on evidence to reflect the application of credible research findings.
In this 2-year, online program, students learn to use evidence-based knowledge to improve patient outcomes and to guide delivery insights to lead meaningful change. Applicants need a BSN and MSN from an accredited institution or must have their MSN completed by the time classes start. -
We work with professionals and organizations to design the professional certifications and classes they need. Taught by USC Upstate faculty, we offer online, in-person or hybrid delivery, with flexible start dates.

The Greenville campus is also home to the Upstate Crime Analysis Center, directed by Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and former law enforcement officer Dr. Michele Covington. The Center is a resource for the community to practice analysis skills using real-world data.
