Graduate Certificates offered in Informatics
USC Upstate’s offers Post-Baccalaureate Certificates in Informatics as a way for working professionals to enter graduate coursework without the commitment required for a full Master of Science program. The program includes two levels of certificate: Intermediate and Advanced.
Graduate Certificate in Child Advocacy Studies
Earn a graduate certificate in child advocacy studies through the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.

The graduate certificates in nursing are designed to provide greater knowledge for practicing nurses with a Master of Science from an accredited school.

USC Upstate offers certified teachers Master of Education in Applied Learning and Instruction , Master of Education in Visual Impairment and a new Ed.S. Program starting in the Fall of 2025
In addition you can earn a Master of Arts in Teaching in Visual Impairment for students who have not earned their teaching certificate.There are also opportunities for non-degree seeking students and those seeking certification.

The Master of Science in Nursing program has concentrations in Nursing Education, Nursing Leadership and Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL).
The Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice program (DNP program) prepares advanced practice nurses in Public and Community Health Nursing. The DNP program focuses on developing nurse leaders in practice who are innovative and use nursing practices that are based on evidence to reflect the application of credible research findings
