Non-Profit Management for the Professional
Beginning January 2027 pending final approval
USC Upstate is proud to announce the launch of a new certificate designed to provide non-profit professionals with the skills and confidence needed to lead organizations in today’s complex world. Modeled on the minor in non-profit curriculum, this unique program will guide a cohort of students through a two-month program filled with in-person and virtual LIVE sessions. Students will also tackle a real-world challenge with a special project, gaining support from faculty leaders and cohort peers.

When?
Cohorts are expected to begin in the spring semester of 2027, with three cohorts working together per year.
- Cohort 1: first half of spring 2027 semester
- Cohort 2: first half of fall 2027 semester
- Cohort 3: second half of fall 2027 semester
Where?
Participants will meet once a week for about two months. The first and last sessions will be held live and in-person on the USC Upstate campus, so the cohort can get to know each other and the faculty. All other sessions will be held virtually, with live lessons and discussions.
