Culture, History, and Politics: From Hitler to Stalin and Beyond
Visit 3 (yes, I said 3!) of the most beautiful cities in Europe: Munich, Germany; Budapest, Hungary; Prague, Czechia. Explore the profound historical narratives that have shaped Europe and the wider world. As you travel, you will engage with different political systems, cultures, and historical sites. Learn about various government structures and how cultural norms influence policy. Join Dr. Allison Ellis and Prof. Tammy Pike to interact with Europe’s history is a way that can only be accomplished by being there yourself.
Participants will enroll in HIST U493, POLI U355, or PLAW U355 for 3 credit hours.
