DR. KOFOED AND DR. WALLACE

Communications and Politics in Berlin

Join Dr. Emily Kofoed and Dr. David Wallace in one of the longest running partnerships USC Upstate offers! Travel to Berlin and Magdeburg, Germany, to experience the country’s historical, political and cultural sites while completing a hands-on multimedia project with students from Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal (no prior media or German language experience required). This unique opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with Upstate students and our German partners while you work together and explore the cities. You’ll use the German capital as your classroom as you build your portfolio, develop relationships and learn cross-cultural skills relevant to your future career. The program includes 3 credit hours though spring enrollment in JOUR U398.
