USC Upstate students had the chance to hear from Philippe Barreaud, Head of Michelin’s Innovation Lab for North America, in an engaging discussion on the role of innovation in business. Barreaud, who has led Michelin’s incubator in China and now guides new ventures within the Innovation Lab, emphasized the importance of creating a supportive environment where people can freely explore and develop business ideas.
