After I graduated in May 2021 with my bachelor’s in IDS (Interdisciplinary Studies) and played on the baseball team at USC Upstate, I played professional baseball in Europe and played for the National Team, winning 2 European Championships and going to a World Cup for a year. After that, I returned to the USA to finish my master’s. I did this in conjunction with the position of Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at USC Upstate. This transition was exciting for me because instead of being the athlete, now I was able to assist the athletes on campus to fulfill their dreams as well. After I graduated with my MSc in Exercise Physiology in 2023, I got a new position as Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Atlanta Braves. I am currently in my 3rd year with the organization. Working is fun for me because I get to work with the best of the best every single day and help them achieve their goals and dreams of playing at the world’s highest level in baseball.
