Counseling Services Groups & Workshops
In addition to high-quality individual and couples therapy, Counseling Services encourages USC Upstate students to take full advantage of our groups. There is a group for everyone. Group therapy is a safe, supportive space to share, learn, and grow alongside others who are facing similar challenges. Led by a licensed therapist, each group offers evidence-based tools to help you manage stress, build coping skills, and improve your relationships.
Questions or ready to join a group? Contact Counseling Services at (864) 503-5195 or stop by 490 Hodge Drive to learn more about current group offerings and how to register.
