Mental Health and Wellness Support at Your Fingertips
Welltrack Boost is a free mental health and wellness platform available to all USC Upstate students, faculty, and staff. Through the mobile app and web platform, students can access self-guided tools and resources to support emotional well-being, manage stress, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Download the Welltrack Boost app and register with your @uscupstate.edu email address.

Getting started is easy:
- Click the Welltrack Boost access link below.
- Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Enter your @uscupstate.edu email address.
- Sign in using your USC Upstate Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.
- Complete the brief setup process and begin exploring the platform.
