Counseling Services Groups & Workshops

fall 2025

Group therapy is a safe, supportive space to share, learn, and grow alongside others who are facing similar challenges. Led by a licensed therapist, each group offers evidence based tools to help you manage stress, build coping skills, and improve your relationships. As you listen and share, you’ll gain perspective, feel less alone, and grow in ways that individual therapy can’t always offer.

Explore our current groups and find the support that fits your needs.
